Talon Grips 740

Ordered some talon rubber grips for my 740. I was a little hesitation at first but I thought what the hell may as well.
Received them and put them on. It's a little process but I think they will stay on. I've heard they are pretty damn tough. I haven't been able to shoot it yet but I think I like them. They make it a lot easier to grip the gun and I hoping it makes me shoot better.

Anyone else ever tried these?

Are they soft or like sand paper?

They are rubber, but aren't stick rubber and they grip very well. I love them so far need to take it out soon.

I'm going to have to add those to my list of grip options for my new 709. I'm also looking at the Traction Grips. I love my 709, but those ribs on that grip are not easy on the digits, however.

have talon grips on most of my handguns, they work great.
