It was time. The trigger resetand the low and rearward ejection issues I was having were not working themselves out. So on Friday 4/27 I called Taurus. I quickly reached a nice woman in customer service who asked a few questions the problems I've been experiencing, put me and my 809 into her system and before I hung up with her a FedEx shipping label had arrived to my email for M-F next day shipping. I confirmed today that it has arrive in Miami and I'll do what I can to be patient for the next 2-4 weeks. I'll let everyone know how everything works when I get it back. I already love this gun, despite a couple small issues. I can't wait to see how much I love it when it comes back.
