This is why Baskin-Robbins has 128 flavors. Once you are past the 9mm mark you are talking about how comfortable about how you feel with a gun style and caliber. My first was a 9mm because I was afraid of the recoil... I now shoot the PT145 because I have learned what I am comfortable with. It is nice to shoot as many friends guns as possible to help you get the feel. And if it is your first gun, don't be surprised if it isn't your last since you will grow in your tastes.
