I carry every day. Typically it is my Citadel 1911 Officer model, or my Springfield XD Mod2 45acp. The knife I carry depends, but I'm currently carrying a Rigid lockblade that I've had for almost 40 years, it has about a 3.5 inch blade and is stunning to look at. Other times I rotate out with a variety of locking assisted opening knives, a couple of them are 4 inch blades.
Depends on mood, but always a Taurus M85SSUL and a NAA .22LR mini revolver in the weak side pocket. I'll put on a belt gun when I go somewhere other than local. I have a 605 Poly in .357 magnum I carry a lot. My knife I bought recently and don't always have it on me, a Schrade assisted opener. I don't consider knives a viable self defense tool. They're tools. I usually have it on me, though, because I sometimes need to gut an animal. My always carry is the knife blade on my Leatherman Wingman multitool.
S & W Shield in the 45 ACP flavor with 6 + 1 Federal Hydroshoks in my Alien Gear IWB and two seven round spares in a DeSantis leather mag holder weak side. My Kershaw Blur in SS is always in the pocket.
Ruger LC9s times two, one in the right front pocket, one in a Galloway kydex holster at 3:30 as backup. Also have 4 backup 7 round magazines in a Husky small tool pouch that looks like an old calculator case from the 1970's.
Used to be two Taurus 85s with speed strips, but not any longer. Too many reasons to list.
For me it all depends on my mood and what I am wearing. For example over the course of the last few days I have carried a Taurus M85UL, Taurus PT740, Keltec P32, Sig P226, and right now a Beretta 96.
I'm working on a new to me PT145, will be my big city carry, though I'll still carry my little .357 around here. I may start carrying my NAA .22 mag Black Widow instead of my .38 M85UL as a back up. But, I'll still tote the little 85 around when not carrying a belt gun. Anyway, my carry options are expanding, put it that way.
Hey, babe, does this .45 match my .22 mag? Does it make me look phat?
