Yes. Their feedback system leaves a little bit to be desired. It took about 2 weeks before their online system showed that they had my gun. They said they were backed up due to the holidays. Once it showed my gun was in their inventory, there wasn't really much info provided. Phone calls yielded better results. Another 2-3 weeks later, I had the gun back.
