I bought my PT-22 brand new, i have shot about 200 or so rounds thru it, it shoots fine no problems, but it is mushrooming on the slide, i have shot just blazer 22 thur it. I called taurus about it and they are sending me a new slide stop, could that couse it. the slide stop is not broke. thanks
