So I was able to complete 60 ladder test rounds for my new 223.

20ea. Hornady 55gr. Varmint SP, Ramshot TAC 21.7gr, CCI #41 primers, OAL 2.220"
20ea. Hornady 55gr. Varmint SP, Ramshot TAC 22.0gr, CCI #41 primers, OAL 2.220"
20ea. Hornady 55gr, Varmint SP, Ramshot TAC 22.3gr, CCI #41 primers, OAL 2.220"

Later tonight I hope to get 20ea. with TAC @ 22.6 and 22.9gr. and that will take care of the box of 100 Hornady 55gr #2266 then I have a box of 100 Hornady 55gr #2265 which is the same bullet w/o a cannalure.

Had 65 pieces of 9mm brass left, so I loaded it up this afternoon. All my 9mm brass is reloaded and ready to be shot.

Not today, but yesterday. Increased my loading of .357mag a half a grain of H-110 from 13.2 to 13.7 grains. Using 140 grain hard cast bullets. Maybe get to try them out in a week or so.

well I have a fairly good amount of reloading components but with availability of primers and projectiles getting rare I decided to go ahead and move away from my plated projectiles for target loads.
I did pick up a 500 ct box of Berrys 220 grain spire point plated 30 cal for the 300 Blackout.
but 9 MM , 45, plated projectiles are near impossible to find and then they want an arm and leg if you do locate them--anyway-- ordered 9 MM 125 gr, 45 230 grain RN and 10 MM 160 gr FP in the polymer coated lead projectiles to give them a try..
write up for these and this company are great, and they are about 1/2 the cost of plated projectiles--hopefully it will be a win-win-win.

I've been slacking when it comes to spending time on the bench. Working more now. Xtreme did deliver 458 200 grain and 124 grain plated bullets with about a week and a half lead time. Once I get shooting, then I'll wake up and start loading them up again.

Been busy the last couple days. First sorted out my weekly range pickup, almost a full plastic Walmart bag of mixed brass. Small amounts of 380, 357, 45acp and a bunch of 9mm. Then there was the 223. I need to quit picking this stuff up. out of what was about 1/2 a walmart bag full there were only a small amount I kept for myself the rest got thrown into the box that will be going to Texas. Not sure all this is going to fit in a large Flat Rate box!

Then last nigh I finished a load development I'm working on for the 223, loaded 15 each 55gr Hornady Varmint 55gr SP over TAC @ 22.3, 22.4 and 22.5gr that fits between the 22.3gr and 22.6gr loads that looked very good, Looks like a low speed node. Then moved on to a new load with Hornady 62gr FMJBT again over TAC starting with 15 each of 22.5 and 22.8gr and hope tomorrow to load up another 15 each @ 23.1 and 23.4 to see if there is a node there.

I love the .357 Max., but at the moment I don't own a gun with which to shoot them. I wish Marlin/Ruger would come up with a lever action rifle chambered in .357 Max. The best I can do right now is ream the chamber of a single shot, like the Henry .357 mag. to .357 max. specs. What are you shooting yours out of?

Just receive a Lee Deluxe Quick Trim tool along with a die for the 223. Just finished up for the night after sizing about 300pcs of LC 223 and then got about have of it trimmed. This is the hand crank model and not the one that attaches to a drill.

been loading 9mm for the last few days. finally been able to get some bullets in. lucky i still have 10k spp and plenty of powder. 3.0 grains of red dot with a 147 coated bullet is low recoil and quiet .
