Yeah but what caliber is it? We all know its the caliber that counts! :D

It's whatever caliber you want it to be, grab a hunk of metal and toss it in. It's basically what they use to make the bullet train hover across the tracks and move forward. If you hammered down a 50 gallon drum into the rough shape of a projectile, imagine the type of damage you can do hurling something like that for miles with pinpoint accuracy.

Put it on top of a naval cruise ship and toss in whatever high explosive round you have, no guidance system necessary in the warhead at all.

:D I was just bein a [email protected]$$ since no matter what you always hear the caliber debate come into it :D

But you are right, all you need is a magnetic projectile in a non magnetic sabot and some bad guys boat somewhere is goin down!

My understanding of these things is that you don't even need an explosive round: at those speeds, kinetic energy will do it all.
