The way I undertand it, the earlier P22's had feed issues with the magazines. If you purchase new, no problems, it you purchase used check to make sure the mags are marked with either an "A" or "B".

Yes I understand new models always seem to have problems. And no matter how great someone thinks a gun is there is always someone who has a problem/problems with it. I've read negative statements on some of the guns I own, but I am pleased with what I own.
