Hey everyone,

I have the red laser, LaserMax Spartan (laser only) on my G2C and an old, 24/7 pro c ds - and I absolutely love it.

I also have the red, Spartan II laser/light combo on my G3. Again, I love it.

in all three cases, the paddles fit perfectly with my finger. And I like the different flashing/constant combos each laser provides.

But it seems the Viridian trigger guard lasers are getting more of a push these days.

my brother-in-law hasa trigger guard laser on his Taurus 709 and likes it.

Me - Im more of a Picatinny guy. Especially when I can still mount other accessories on to the light/laser etc.

What am I missing? Is the trigger guard style that much better?

Are the days of lasers numbered with the new popularity of red dot?

I just like the sleek fit and ambidextrous button of the Viridian laser.

I have the Viridian on my G2C. I like it a lot. The only drawback is, I'll have to get a new holster to accommodate it.
Academy has one made for it. It's made by MFT who ever that it is.
It's comfortable and is a IWB holster.
I wear it at about 5 o'clock and it's very comfortable. Hope that helps.
It is about $35.00.

Personally, I prefer the auto-on response of the Armalaser. The moment I grip the gun, the laser is on.

I tried the MFT holster from Academy, but the way it fit the gun wasn't satisfactory. I also didn't like that it doesn't cover the entire slide against the body. You might want to take a look at this one from an eBay seller:

Taurus G2C Custom Kydex Holster w/Viridian Laser 12 colors to chòose from | eBay

I had to use a heat gun to re-mold the Kydex to fit my gun with the Armalaser.
