Placed an order for 3-K projectiles to Extreme Bullets on July 3, haven't heard a single word form them E Mailed them Friday asking about a problem?
received E /mail back.
No problem except they are having shipping difficulties-- working on order hopefully will be shipped soon.
there you have it folks-- just a heads up IF you are in a hurry for projectiles.

They take funds when they ship - a large order has you watching your balance - or at least for me.

Looks like they may be pushing into infomercial delivery times (please allow 4-8 weeks delivery). To me, that is not acceptable. I have a problem with ordering RC stuff from China and waiting a month for it. No way that should happen domestically.

I am sure but--the sale wasn't nearly as good as some previous--like 20% off and free shipping.

can't help with the primers but I still haven't heard anything from Extreme since the E-mail response, so we are clicking along at about 3 week now.

I would not deal well in your situation. I hate waiting for things I order and check tracking multiple times a day when they do ship. And yet... I just keep doing it to myself. Just too darn convenient for it to come to you than for you to go to it whatever IT may be

Natchez has free hazmat shipping on orders of $99 or more, I believe it runs through today

Haz mat being free has a lot of appeal.
BUT!!-it kind of matters what the price of the primers are and how many that you are ordering.
Myself I have seen these sales and free shipping come and go over the years but with the number that I order at the price I can get them from Powder Valley VS these other places I still come out ahead of the game by purchasing them form Powder Valley, and they very rarely do have sales on primers as well, just not vey often.
Just food for thought.
I don't know IF I have ever just ordered primers?? or just ordered powder??
I order both at the same time and in quantities that make shipping and Haz mat a fairly small price per item.
I think that you can place up to 70 pounds on one package from UPS-- Fed-X and I think one haz mat label can carry up to 75 pounds. so why order 5-6 pounds at the same shipping price as 60? pounds?

I guess it depends on what part of the country you are in, LGS near me has huge selection and price with tax is same as powder valley if they had free hazmat. I just bought 8# of Titegroup for $119.99 with tax $127.79 so I buy it locally. Bullseye, HP-38, Unique all the same price. They carry all brands of powder and primers. Primers I never pay more than $29.99 per k.

Shipping and Haz mat cost me basically 40 bucks delivered to my door, that many pounds of powder and several K of Primers.
I can't touch that price here from local , especially when you add tax at 7-8 cents per 1.00 and the availbility is sooo much better.

it use to be any state that the border touched the state they are located in.
MY gun shop/range said that was to prevent competition with Wholesalers that bought from them.
which my range/gun shop does.
Natchez did deliver with their own truck to wholesalers in adjacent states, I am sure they have a significant minimum order to do this?

If LGS I buy from didn't have the selection and pricing I would buy the same way you do. Actually it is the only LGS I know of that has such big selection and good pricing, all the other LGS around want on average $27 +tax for the same powders, $10 a lb.more.

I just wish there was some place close by that actually stocked this stuff at all. Closest decent store is about 1.5 hrs. away Closest good store is 2 hours. And to think I'm between Chicago and Milwaukee and there is nothing here!
