It disappeared shortly after it was announced I think. I wanted the small frame version and still have the catalog it was listed in downloaded somewhere.
I'm guessing that they ran into design/manufacturing issues with the mechanism to hold the 9mm shells in the cylinder.
There have been other guns to do this. There was a cylinder conversion for a Ruger Blackhawk 357 that could do it as well as a medium frame revolver called the Medusa that was made for a time but wasn't cheap. No, I don't think I have ever seen either gun but I know that they existed.
