can anyone tell me if they like the pt 145
and that sa trigger i hate

is that every taurus... and can i make it tighter like glock?

If you're used to a DAO trigger, this one takes a little bit getting used to. My other carry guns are all DAO, but after spending a little time with the PT145, I really like the SA/DA set-up. Give it some time. The PT145 older models were DAO, I guess Taurus felt this was a better system for the latest generation. Put a few hundred rounds through it and see how you like it. Lots of 145 owners here. Any questions, I'm sure someone can help. Welcome to the forum.

is all SA triggers like that you have to pull it allllll the way back?....

That is kinda like a Taurus trademark. There's a lot of take up in the trigger pull on SA.

Personally ... I like the SA trigger over the DAO.

I can't stand DAO, the only one I have is the KelTEc P3AT and while it's a great little gun for what it is the trigger is total crap.

I personally don't get why anyone would want to carry anyway but SA, even better a SA that will still fire DA with the hammer down.
