Congratulations GhostHorse, on the acquisition of your new-to-you Walther PPK/S .380 and may it serve you well! :)

I have an early 1980's blued Interarms/Ranger Arms Walther PPK/S .380 that I purchased lightly used from a local Police Detective, who used it as his BUG.
His CO found out about it and insisted he carry a J-Frame S&W Snub nosed Revolver in .38 Special instead. So he sold it to me.

Over the years, mine has seen a good deal of Range and Carry use, and has a great deal of sentimental value for me and I treasure it.
It has the distinction of being my first CCW and could still be used for that. However, now it is in my Vault in semi-retirement.

Currently, my main CCW's are a Taurus PT111 Millennium Pro and occasionally a Taurus PT709.

Note that the PPK/S has Pachmayr Grips

There was also a variant of the larger Walther PP chambered in 9x18 Ultra, known as the PP Super, and an experimental PP model of which only one prototype exists chambered in 9mm Luger.
