Hello all, new to the forum and new to taurus firearms. I recently purchased a tcp 380, d serial number. I have not been able to run 1 magazine through it with out problems. Im an experienced shooter and without offending anyone, had some reserve purchasing a taurus. The reviews for the tcp have been positive so I said wth. I keep getting ftf, hanging on the feed ramp. It was field stripped and cleaned thoroughly. Three different ammo selections. Drt was junk, winchester ball acted the same way and with remington golden sabre 102 gr. The slide would lock back about every round fired. I double checked that my grip wasnt engaging the slide release, it wasn't. Very frustrating. Loosing confidence with this little pistol quickly. It was going back to taurus but my dealer wants his gunsmith to look at it first. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
