Is the Taurus Tracker 992 still in production?
I see them on the Taurus website, but none to be found when searching the web or local shops.
looking for a 4” version
Maybe 6.5” if can’t find a 4

Wow, you are right. I just checked the normal places and other than a used 6" with mag cylinder on gunbroker for up to $1000.There aren't any.😕

Looks like there might be some 6.5” ones due to release soon, idk if that happens may have to just get what i can find.

I have the 6.5" barrel. May not carry as easily as a 4" but it is an accurate shooter.

I have a circa 2012 Taurus® Mdl 992B4. It was a gift from Mark Kressor. The gun has a deep, dark, rich deeply blued finish, NOT the current Black Nitride covering. The gun has a double and single-action trigger pull that is smooth as butter with a crisp, clean break. It is very accurate with both 22LR and 22Mag ammo albeit more so with 22 Magnum ammunition.

I noticed previous posters have stated that Mdl 992's are not in the gun stores or online. That is a shame as it is THE BEST RIMFIRE REVOLVER TAURUS® HAS EVER MADE IMHO! I'm keeping mine!
