Taurus T-Series

Rumor has it the Taurus T series of guns will be announced available in America at Shot Show 2018. I believe these came out in the Brazilian market last year and are a replacement to the 800 Series of guns. Guess time will tell. Anyone going to shot show this year? Please report back.

And if they go the way of the Spectrum, we should see that gun in 2020.

I think you're being a bit optimistic.

If they're not going through the process already, they'll have to qualify with the import testing.

I would love to see it but considering we had it from an inside source there was no plans for it....I doubt it. Sekol posted this back in July but I don't much has changed...... Unfortunately.

I like the looks of the TH-9/40, the TS guns are butt-ugly.

Yeah, after they've fobbed off a PT111G2 on all of us who returned a Gen 1 24/7 under the recall. Of course, I'd be thoroughly satisfied customer if they gave me a TH 40 in exchange for my .40 24/7.

Not interested in the TS pistols. I've got this new rule about never buying a striker-fired pistol until some time after the safety recall.

The "TH" series aren't really anything more than the 800 series with cosmetic changes. The "TS" series look like a new model meant to replace the 24/7 for police and military sales. We may not even see them in the US. The 9mm TH is the only one listed on the Taurus USA website.

From the various revues I've read about the 809, it was a diamond in the rough for Taurus. I guess they're hoping the TH9 continues down that road.

I love my 840C as I'm sure some who have read my posts regarding it already know. I would definitely consider getting the TH40C if we do get them here, for what that's worth.
