Well im wondering on what loads are safe for various revolvers made by taurus. I am only interested in stainless or blue steel guns. NO alloys or anything like that.
357 41 mag 44mag/44spl

the 357 tracker safe to use 180-200 grain slugs in?
.41 mag safe to use the federal 250 grain JSP?
safe to use a 185 grain xtp loaded to standard 44 mag velocity/pressure?

The cylinder on the .357 Tracker might not have the OAL to accept 180 or 200 grain loads. I'll let some of the 627 guys jump on this one.

Shoot SAAMI Spec. Loads in a Taurus .44 Mag and "Be Happy All Day Long"...<:))
Quit playing around and Get a .44 Mag (you can Kill anything with that).... You can down load it by shooting .44 Specials in it... Making it a Puppy at the Range...<:))

The author's favorite guns for the .44 Magnum are Smith & Wesson Model 29s of various vintages. However, he doesn't feed them the heavyweights, only loads up to 240s at 1,300 fps max. Hotter loads go into Rugers...
