Hey Dave, I have a Poly 357 and am having some issues too. Seems to be a variety. First issue is that with my reloads after 3 or 4 shots the the recoil was causing the bullets to move forward out of the case and stick out the end of the cylinder causing it to lock up. Another time the cylinder locked up and I noticed the catch was not fully forward allowing the cyl to pop out a hair. It definitely seems like in a slow double action pull when the arm engages to rotate the cylinder there is a lot of extra effort required. I want to try a lighter trigger and hammer spring in it to help but leery of disassembling it. Considering sending it in to Taurus but hate to do that.
