I am the proud owner of a;

Taurus M94 SS 22lr
Rossi R97104 357 mag 4"
Rossi R46102 357 mag 2"

The M94 and the R97104 both will go into a half cock position when I work the springs by pulling the hammer back and releasing it slowly (sometimes). It can be released by just pulling the trigger. The R46102 apparently will not go into half cock. Anyone know what is going on.

See the attached pic of the M94 in half cock position.

Thanks for your help.

I have the same revolver with the same characteristic.(problem?). It is now back in Miami for a timing issue. None of my other revolvers do this xcept a Colt MK III in .22 mag. If it changes after return I will post. 6-8 weeks xpected for this repair. I got the impression that much of this time will be waiting parts.
