Just curious what others think. My 444 UltraLite has been there over 6 weeks just for a missing front fiber optic sight that wasn't there when I opened the box.
I have called Taurus CS twice and in both cases the customer service rep. has been polite and dealt with my questions professionally.hooookup said:Spoke with a customer service rep this morning and he was somewhat rude and standoffish.
