OK, had issue with my Taurus pt709 titanuim and sent it into repair. I thought it was with the hammer and come to find out they said it was a malfunction with the the PVC used in the manufactuing of the frame and sent me a new one which arrived today. So far it is shooting great.

It is now my new carry and can't wait for the Crimson Trace green laser grip for it.
