Taurus Call Center hold times: New Message
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but when calling in to Taurus CS, there is a new greeting message
from Mark Kresser apologizing for the wait times and any delays. He warns that hold times may be in excess of
1hr, due to an unprecedented demand for Taurus firearms (Go Team!!
). I was, however, exceedingly lucky, as
the next thing I heard after Mark's message was : "You are caller number..... 1" (Woot me!)
