Hello all, I have a Taurus 38 revolver that when fired the cylinder will not rotate. I’m not firing out of the ordinary ammo. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure your ejector rod is tight, righty tighty, they will sometimes work loose and a little bit of blue lock-tight is your friend.
Check the gap between the face of the cylinder and the forcing cone. You should be able to see daylight through the gap.
Make sure the cylinder stop on the bottom of the inside frame is not stuck in the up position.
Also, I once bought some reloads that were blowing unburnt powder into everything, threw them away.

I had the same problem when my Taurus 85 S (made in August, 1999) was bought. The rear cylinder gap was under minimum. Primer expansion locked the cylinder.
Bought a Poly Protector (Polymer Mod 85) and some fired cases would not allow the cylinder to rotate ( hadn't even fired the revover,just stuck some resized cases in to check), others would. The headspacing was way to tight, sent the gun back to Taurus, it was returned to me within two weeks - fixed.
