My thanks to all who contributed to my thread entitled: Your thoughts on tactical combo red dot scope/light/laser.

Here are some photos of my outfitted Taurus CT9 G2 9mm Carbine.
Your critiques and suggestions are most welcome.
The OMEGA tactical hi-intensity light provides a blazing 200 lumens of illumination, and its integrated green strobe laser may prove to be a useful accessory in certain defensive situations, however, the laser is not visible when using the tactical scope or open sights.
I am already pleased that I elected to install a tactical fore grip, because it puts my left hand in very close proximity to the Omega's on / off switch.
The Omega can be set to allow only the hi-intensity light to be activated (intermittently, or in a static "on" position) by thumb-activating a small switch below the on/off switch. This switch can also be set to allow the use of the strobe green laser to function in the same manner (independent of the hi-intensity light); or the small switch can be quickly adjusted to allow both light and strobe to be used simultaneously.
The UTG Leapers red/green dot tactical scope features 5 levels of laser brightness for the green dot and 5 levels of brightness for the red dot.
The stock open sights that were furnished on the CT9 carbine from the factory are zeroed to perfection, IMHO, and I didn't want to risk losing that by moving the rear sight slightly forward to make enough room for the front scope cover on the tactical scope to open and close; so...I simply mounted the scope on the rail space that was available.
The green dot is presently displayed in the center of the stock rear peep sight and appears to be perched on top of the white dot on the front open sight.
Question: Would it noticeably affect the zero of the factory open sights if I moved the rear sight an inch forward to facilitate the opening and closing of the scope cover?
The sling is the one Taurus provided with the carbine.
This weekend I plan on taking the rig to my Dad's pasture for some range firing time, :shooter:so range report and pics are soon to follow.
