When I bought my lower I got an extra one just because there was no extra shipping or FFL charge.

So I sit here with a Delaware Machinery stripped lower. With no intentions of selling it or building it at this time; I have been offered $300.00 for it. Would you sell it or hold on to it?

Hang onto it. I thought about building an AR from parts but decided I didn't have the time. I'm kicking myself now. :bang:

Above is some excellent advice, IMHO.

Like you, I had one remaining stripped lower sitting on the shelf before things went wild, intending to (finish) assembling it as I found deals on the pieces I wanted. Now, I'm stuck circling with all the other vultures looking for just a few key parts.

Depending on the brand, $300 could be a handsome profit in the short run, but if you ever have any inclination to have another AR, that may be your best (or only) hope. You won't be able to do much with it right now, but (with luck and patience) you may be able to gather what you need in the future.

I'm in the same situation. I have two consecutive serial numbered DM lowers in a drawer. I bought 5. I built one. I gave two away as presents to good friends. They were $65 each at the time.

Kind of wish I bought a couple more.

Keep it and wait. I'm in the same boat with a bunch of mags I never intend on using that were gifts to me.

I think I will keep it, I may want to build a 9mm AR in the future. I was just shocked to get offered $300.00 for it out of the blue. I was never big into price gouging any way and would probably start feeling bad if they end up coming available again at decent prices.

Thanks for the input!
