Sad that one of the victims is paralyzed from the neck down. I hope he recovers full movement.
This case illustrates the conundrum that we as CC carriers are faced with.
This guy had already shot people, had already shot the ammo case in Wal-Mart to get ammo to reload, and was heading back out in to the parking lot waving his gun as he passed the guy who eventually shot him. After passing the guy that eventually shot him, the BG shot and wounded the now paralyzed man. This was when the good guy with a gun decided to act.
As a concealed carrier, we must all be able to decide when WE will put our neck on the line and act. As can be shown by this case, hesitation can result in others being shot as the BG was quite obviously willing to shoot anyone whether they got in his way or not.
I don't know if I could have allowed the BG to just walk by me waving a gun around as I would have already determined he was a threat by his shooting in the store and such.
I hope to never have to find out what I would do.
