USA Communism 2022- People are fooled, quite intentionally, with the word "equity" and conflate it with equality. They don't realize that the latter means equal opportunity at the beginning and the first means a guaranteed equal outcome. Doing so insures that the final result will be mediocrity as we lower the bar for the least qualified and motivated individuals. CB
