Hi! I just picked up a used rossi M885 @ the local gun show this past weekend. It is a stainless snubbie .38. I would like to know if the are any aftermarket rubber grips that may fit this little revolver. It appears to have a J frame square butt grip but of course the screw is a little lower in the frame than a S&W. I am going to shoot it next week and will let you know how it does.
Thanks for this forum!

WELCOME!

For actual use, I like the Pachmayr Compacs. Grips made for the M68/88 will fit the gun. Here's a pic of my M511 with the Compacs on it. I had a M88, but sold it to a friend after I got my Taurus 85UL. I have a M68, but I put Ajax Pearlite grips on it to pimp it out. LOL Ajax grips http://www.ajaxgrips.com has standard grips in different woods and such for the Rossi small frames (also fit the M971 cause I had one and they interchange with the small frame guns) and they have the Pachmayrs there, too. Most well stocked gun shops with have them, though.
