I cannot seem to find one with a 20 inch barrel, is the 16 inch barrel gun that much different in handling, length of pull, etc. Thanks.

I had same problem, but went with the 16" because I wanted a 92. I think the stock is 1" shorter on the 16, didn't know that at the time, doesn't seem to bother me. I am thinking of getting a stock off a 20" if it actually is longer. The 16 is nice handling and can easily be carried with barrel straight down. I had a 20" and sold it a few years back( stupid mistake). I like the 16 better
I'm not sure if there is a lot of difference and I have a 20" barreled 45 Colt. The only advantage I have over the 16" version is the capacity. Mine will hold 10 round and I think only 8 in the 16". I use it for cowboy action as well as hunting and less would be fine for hunting but not CAS events.
Taxman, Gunbroker has a few 20" Rossi's....not sure what flavore your looking for. If I had the extra money I'd be all over this one

I just found a 20 inch round barrel. It should be here in a few days. I guess I will do the tune up thing. I just ordered the Gunslinger springs and will probably order the dvd. Thanks for the help.
I just picked up a 20" 45 Colt which has been said to have a better balance when fully loaded and it does. You also get an extra 2 rounds which isn't bad. IMO, the 20" is just right. The longer stocks are on the rifles/24" models.
I got the .357/.38 in stainless 20". I recommend the Steve Gunz DVD, spring and metal mag follower. I was very pleased and it was remarkably easy. I had never disassembled any firearm before the 92 but did it without cursing or wondering what I had gotten myself into. I did not trim the trigger spring, it felt right to me. Enjoy!

Just bought the same gun...and the same DVD. I'm a bit nervous about doing the "full deal" but your post is encouraging to me. Out of the box the gun would not chamber any .357 like it should. I could jiggle a FMJ and get it to go in. But anything HP or with lead exposed simply won't chamber without being manually placed in the forcing cone. So...I guess I'm gonna find out if I can repeat your successfully take-down and reassembly. Like you, I kind of like the trigger feel so I'll leave that spring alone.
