Hello all I sent my brand new 709 in for repair after waiting almost six weeks i checked the website it still said received and waiting for repair. So I call Taurus and after lengthy waiting time I spoke with a cs person I explained what my problem was and he told me he would email the head of repair and see what was going on. Thinking he would email me and let me know what he found after 2 days of not hearing anything I checked the website wouldn't you know it it went from waiting for repair to waiting for parts. This now has turned unaceptical !!!!! You can not tell me that there are no parts available it is a repair facility what have they stopped making the 709? Or is there so many problems with them they run out of parts or maybe they just don't care about the people who spent thier hard earned American money to buy there products.
