After 13weeks my 111 G2 arrived back today. The repair order said they replaced the barrel, slide catch spring, trigger, trigger safety and trigger spring. I am headed to the ranger tomorrow to see if the problem is fixed, I will let you know.

The slide would lock back after every round.

Be sure and let us know how she runs. I though that Taurus says the turn around time is about 6 weeks ?

Range report fired 250 rounds of 115 grain and 125 grain without an issue. The only problem I had was when inserting a new mag the side would go forward without assistance.

I do not consider that a problem. Happens with my 99, no need to release the slide, does require trigger finger discipline, which we should all have anyway.

Give us another report in 1000 rounds
