Received my LTC renewal today

Took 10 minutes on the computer (or less), 35 bucks, and about a month to get to my post office. :D Man, tell ya the truth, if they pass constitutional carry, for all practicality, it's no biggy. I do however want constitutional carry for some of the same political reasons I wanted open carry in this state. Chip away, carve out freedom where ever and when ever you can. :D But, I'm fine with the LTC as is, SO MUCH EASIER than it was at first 22 years ago, going through a class every renewal, finger prints, picture, and all, and that first one was $140. :rolleyes: Much better now.

I don't know, this might be the last LTC I'll need, anyway. I might not live five more years. :rolleyes:

Us younger Texans paid a bit more than $35 ($40).. Just sayin... :D :D :D :p :icon_ poke::icon_ rasta:

Harassment aside, it is much easier than it used to be.

Does make it nice and easy. Surprisingly I am still able to use the old card file fingerprints from my first CHL may renewals back.

S'funny, I recall hearing them exact same words some 45, 50 years ago. Deja vu all over again.

Well, we really SHOULD get a better price break, like maybe 20 bucks, half the young brat price. :rofl:

When I renewed a couple of years back, there was a senior discount for those over 60. Did that go away or did you just want to pay more? :icon_ poke: :rofl:

Nope, I just got a 35 dollar charge. That's half the ORIGINAL 70 bucks. Then, the state lowered the 70 dollar charge to 40, but old farts still pay 35 bucks. It ain't fair, I tell ya!!!!

Well, in another 30 or 40 years, we'll ALL be holding our breath for a lot longer than that! :rofl:
