Once again these guys have proven to be first class. I managed to lose both calibration weights for my Rangemaster 750. I contacted RCBS CS about buying replacements and one hour later I'm informed that a new set is on the way.....no charge! I informed the gentleman that he has a customer for life.

I called Taurus CS this morning 40 min wait 3 min conversation very nice lady and answered my question

That jives with my experience with RCBS. I broke a depriming rod and they sent me like 8 new ones for free. I still have a few, and I hate it when I run across some 9mm brass that is berdan primed and I can't tell by looking. :mad:

Agreed on RCBS. They have provided me with free stuff and over the top customer service. They're awesome.
I had a similar situation with Hornday. The seating dies come with 2 different seating stems. I simply could not find the one I wanted. Called Hornady and told the guy I have no idea what I did with it! I had a replacement in a few days at no cost.
