Texas has a 51% rule for restaurants and bars - if the establishment makes more than half it's money from liquor, it's off limits. They are supposed to have a big, red "51" on the door to denote this. Also, if an estalishment doesn't want you in there with a handgun, they have to have the entire verbage from 31.06 posted with the sign, or it doesn't really count....only exception is the 51 establishments, government buildings, any school, and some others.
