Does Taurus send any info back about what caused or what was to done with a returned firearm? If not is there someone at Taurus that would explain why it happened and what they did to rectify the situation?

I have had some feedback on my PT 92 AFS and Rossi 462-2...the first enumerated some parts replaced...the Rossi was sent back with the report of no problem found.

IN my experience its a hit and miss thing.
sometimes it had the part(s) that were replaced, other times nothing at all.
Never had a diagnosis of what the problem was caused by.
that's like 5 different weapons and 6 repairs as one was double trip for the same problem.
that's been a while back though.

Two years later they suggest that if I dropped that gun it could have shot me. Gosh...maybe there was something wrong with it in 2017?
