Call Taurus Customer Service and talk to them about the problem. What may happen is that you will have to send in the old parts in to get new parts, as in this case, they are not minor parts. Otherwise, they may want check over your whole Pistol.
The Locking Block Actuating Piston is supposed to be retained the roll pin and allow it to move back and forth, but it should not allow it to come out! If the Roll Pin hole is definitely mis-alligned, a new barrel is certainly called for!
