Hello out there. I just purchased a new pt92 stainless. I love shooting this gun, and really like looking at it. I have only put a couple of boxes of shells through it so far. The problem is, it is difficult to reassemble the slide back on the frame. ( seems to bind about half way back on) Am I doing something wrong, or will it get easier as I put more rounds through it? Thanks. I really enjoy the blog.

The only problem I ever had with my PT92 in reassembling, was getting the locking block back in place. Had to hold my mouth just right. You might check that carefully. Other than that I got nothing.

I have found that holding it frame down, that is, putting the slide on upside down sometimes works best. It's an old technique I used in the Army.

The only problem I ever have reassembling my pt99 is the firing pin block lever needing to be pushed down so the slide will go the last inch and a eighth.
