Yes! But you will also need a PT940 Barrel and Recoil Spring.

Have a PT957, just picked up a PT911 parts kit. Frame sizes are the same for PT911, PT940 and PT957. As with everythign there may be a slight amount of fitting for a barrel/slide combination. I'm looking to make a tri caliber frame setup with mine. Missed out on a PT940 earlier in the month.

Got a PT-940 slide, barrel, guide rod, and recoil spring. Huge difference in recoil from 9mm to .40 S&W! The .40 rounds worked in the 9mm PT-911 mags.

Indeed the 911, 940, and 957 can all use the same frame. And also when doing the 940 on the 957 you can use the same mag and vice versa. Only the 911 needs a seperate mag for the conversion.
