My recently declared DOA PT22 had a mag moded like this and worked fine for the four or so months before the pin broke.

I bought a PT22 from a gunshop it was manufactured in 1995 and sold to the gunshop in 1996, when I took it to the range it fired CCI mini without any problems but it hated federal champion, I cut the follower to fit 10 rounds and still works great but I want to know if I store it with a loaded magazine I'll it cause problems in the future or should I just put 8 rounds in
