Strange......I have had no problems with my PT145 returning to battery with my reloads. My reloads are 230gr SWC and not the RN you are using, but that should have no affect on the slide return cycle. The fact that the slide obviously cycles, since you made no comment about failures to eject empty brass, makes me wonder if the RN surface contact during stripping it from the magazine might be slowing down the slide enough to cause the failure to return to battery. The fact that you had no problems with your other PT's is also puzzling. Since you are obviously adept at reloading, I doubt that is in question here.......I would try the same load with another bullet shape and see if it makes any difference......just my 2 cents.
