I fire ONLY my personal reloads in my PT145. Are you positive that your ammo size isn't slightly out of spec? Do you use a case gauge? If not, I would suggest you remove the Taurus barrel and see if all of your reloads drop into the breech easily.

FWIW, a Lee Factory Crimp Die works extremely well for crimping as well as post-sizing (and they're inexpensive).
