Well .. that sucks. I hate to hear you had a bad experience. Unfortunantly I have nothing to suggest in the form of a remedy.

I sent mine back for the similar problem in your other first post. I noticed when it got back that it had been fired.

I had never fired the gun at this point.

At least he was ble to narrow the cause down, maybe that will help get it right even further.
