Recall???!?!
The recall on Gen 1 Millenium pistols is still in progress.That's from 3 years ago
I can't find any links to a chat section either. There is a Warranty Repair Status page. When I tried to check on my Gen 1 PT 24/7 that arrived in Miami on January 9, it replied with:Hi new here just sent my PT111 Mil Pro in for the recall last week. I see others talking about the Customer chat line for the customer service department how do you find the chat section. I know i am old but I have looked everywhere I can look but cannot locate the chat section. Any help is greatly appreciated.
On the taurususa.com web site you will see a blue banner on the lower right hand of the screen says CHAT WITH US... It is on every page of the web site ,just click on the blue banner area that shows an arrow up ,looks like a roof of a house . Then it will expand the blue banner and you fill out the information . I just used it today and it worked . I did have a problem using it the last week or two, kept resetting. Be patient it takes a while sometimes ,even though it says be with you in 3 minutes. I don't see it, but perhaps it doesn't work with Firefox on a Linux machine. Firefox, i just tried it on private browser and it worked ,also tried it on 3 of my mobile android devices and it worked . That is strange it does not work for you . Maybe a Linux problem with cookies or certificate . Try a mobile device ,tablet ,phone . ON MY MOBILE DEVICES IT SHOWS UP as a circle not a banner ,on the lower right hand side . On my tablet i had to click on the words on the right side in ORANGE that shows phone number and the words chat with us .
