Sorry to hear of this. Since you lost the manual safety spring, did you also lose the teeny tiny detent chrome ball that sits atop the spring? It sits between the inside of the lever and the spring.

I am in need of a new manual safety spring and a new slide catch spring. Gun fell apart at the range, slide came off, parts went flying and these are the parts still missing. I blamed the gun for falling apart, now I wonder if I lost the slide catch spring when I cleaned it and then took to the range where slide came off.
