PT-58S Holster

Hi All, I having a problem locating a holster for my pistol. I want an OWB that is very stable, secure and tight on my hip and is not floppy as these guns are pretty heavy. I really cant find many to choose from. I'd prefer a nice leather one but anything will do if I cant find what I want. I'm looking for a full holster and not for CC, just for using in the boonies plunking or at the range. Thanks, Mike

Well, are any of the more popular guns the same size as the PT-58S?
My pt 58 there to the left, If I remember correctly the PT58 is a knock off of a Beretta model. Do some research as to which one. Also, every now and then I search ebay for PT58 and some holsters come up. You can also try gunbroker the same way. Good luck. By the way, if you need grips, and you don't mind plastic contact David Tillander, who can make them any color you want.

Thank you VERY much. I've found a few on Ebay now but they seem mostly limited to the nylon type. I'll keep looking and find what I want in leather. Again, thank you for the help.

Leather! OK, fellow lover of leather holsters, now you need to know which model Beretta the PT58 is the clone of. Please confirm my research, but I think its the Berretta Cheetah, also known as the 80 series. If this is the case, your moments away from your dream holster. You can also look through those options on ebay for PT58 nylon holsters to see which other models they are compatible with. Good Luck!!
Look at holsters for the Beretta Model 84, the ATI MS380, or the Browning BDA .380. All are about the same as the PT58S. Galco, Rusty Sherrick, High Noon, Aker, Bianchi, Bell Charter Oak, DeSantis, Bianchi, Kramer, and Mitch Rosen should all be capable of making such holsters.
An excellant holster for the Taurus PT58.

Hey buddy and anyone else that has this question.
I bought a Fobus GL2 paddle holster.
It's stamped with the RH GL 2 (Right Hand Glock Lite #2 is what I think that translates as) on ebay from a seller named "mehyarco" at his ebay store.
It was listed as the following: 'Glock 17 19 22 23 34 paddle holster 9mm .40 cal .45 cal glock holster'
My PT58 fit snugly and the holster's trigger indent allowed it to be easy insert to a 'lock and drawn witout sticking.
I spend my days running around the woods with my Pistol on my hip climbing kentucky hills, through thick bush and crossing ravines.
Not once has it fallen out or even gotten loose.
I recommend it as an excellent match for Taurus's PT58.
Regards
