In the gunsmithing section is just that problem discussed that has the dovetail demensions. Any of the dovetailed sights that have those demensions that are printed up should fit your PT145. Do a search of the archives on sights for the PT145. There should be current posts in the smithing sections as well as possible others in the Semi-auto pistol board.
