I wondered if anybody had experience with HS's in a PT-140? I was going to use them as a home defense round, but I wanted to see if they were right in that role. As far as the damage to a perps body, I have no doubt. I'm concerned with feed issues as well as overpenetration, etc.

I could go with standard HP, but I don't want to see a stray round make it outside. I have CBS walls, so that isn't a big issue. The windows ARE a concern though...

Anyway, anybody have any recommended weights/brands? My .40 eats 165gr. - 180gr. range rounds without a problem.

Thanks for any input!!!

I have some for my PT 145 SS and they feed fine. If that's what you want to go with, just shoot enough every now and again to assure the proper feeding and your accuracy. The do give those pistols a work out.
