With me shooting IDPA matches, the mag release is not near long enough. I have to turn the gun to hit the button. Does anybody make a longer one . thanks for any info.

i wish i knew of such a release, i agree i can release it without tilting the gun but i have to use my middle finger to wrap around and press it..

not comfortable and not easy or natural.

beretta releases are'nt compatible either.. not a lot of after market support for Taurus..
but if anyone finds a decent aftermarket release thats not custom let me know..

This after market extended magazine release is nothing more than a factory magazine release that is drilled and tapped so the aluminum extended button will fit. At 35-40 bucks you could afford a spare taurus magazine release to work on, get a few drills ,taps,screws and make your own and even get the button anodized whatever color you want. Maby you could use the head of another button, or install a spacer behind the stock mag release so it sticks out more.
