ILLinois "melt gun" laws...alloy cast handguns that melt at less than 800 degrees IIRC are illegal to transfer by FFL in this godforsaken state. Has to do with serial number erasure so they say...really it's a Saturday Night Special ban. FTF sales are still permitted...for the moment.
